hye, now is 3.334 am, and i still not sleepy, how are you today? what is your first impression about Perak? feeling bored and don't know what are the best activity that we can do at Perak? today i'll shared with you some activity that we can do when we are visiting Perak.

first, why not you try waterfall abseiling at Geruntom Fall, this is one of the adventurous activity that you should not to be missed, you will pass by the Orang Asli Village to the breathtaking and unpolluted Geruntom Fall. The view from the above of the 2 1/2 storey high waterfall is already"awesome", and we dare you to abseil down! Afraid? What’s can train your confidence more than actually conquering your fear? Geruntom Fall is located at Kg, Ulu Geruntom, Gopeng, Perak, Malaysia. The view of a stunning waterfall is already amazing but abseiling down the waterfall takes you to an adventure far beyond that experience than sightseeing tourist. The intense drop of the water combined with the fact that you are hangin’ on a rope above water sure would give you an adrenalin push you may have never experienced before.

second, visit the Lost World of Tambun. There's Several Attractions Like Jungle Wave Bay, Hot Springs, Cliff Racer Tube Raiders, Adventure River Longest river In Asia, Tiger Valley (A Once-Small Cub Is Now A Father Already!), Explora Bay And Many More For You To Enjoy And Have A Wild Time! next is looking for Refflesia. Located in the northern part of Perak, Belum is one of the most recent large rainforest open to the public. Crossing the East West highway between Gerik in Perak and Jeli in Kelantan, you will drive across the dam at Banding. The valley is drowned for the dam and you can see the eerie dead tree trunks above the water. At one of the dead trunk, you can see a family of bats flying out every dusk. There are hornbills in the sky. Lot of dungs of elephants. And a bloom of the largest flower in the world, the Rafflesia if you are lucky. There is a northern and southern section of Belum Forest. The northern part is less explored and more like Southern Thai forest. 

lastly, Try the tasted coffee at Ipoh Old Town White Coffee. No doubt that so many people go to Ipoh might come here for its famous foods such as "YA CHAI" chicken (famous chicken foods), Old Town White Coffee, and so forth, local is local, they have some taste that other places not able to duplicate. the chicken is smoother, the white coffee is more aromatic, the noodle is longer etc.. there is no point to miss out any foods in Ipoh Old Street.

beside the foods, most of the buildings in Ipoh Old Town built before the nation's independent, and these kind of buildings are very difficult to find in city. try to shift our view of focus to there.
